The terms of that separate agreement shall supersede any information on this Site.

• Estimates and Quotes: Any estimates, quotes, or proposals discussed on this Site or provided verbally are subject to change based on site conditions, materials costs, permitting, and final scope definition. Final pricing will be detailed in the signed Service Agreement.
